Kitchen. Scary place. Barely room to do anything, expired food cluttering up cupboard and fridge. And need to call maintenance to fix two items. Scary. Paralyzing.
So it occurred to me to create a S.M.A.R.T. goal to clean up enough to call maintenance. Then...I started outlining two more SMART goals to address the expired food, to sort through appliances etc and even get through the remaining kitchen boxes from the move.
And as odd as it sounds, the experience was extremely exciting and energizing. I'm positively bubbling with enthusiasm and ideas. Even have a name for the utencil/appliance project that pays homage to Terry Pratchet: "Paying Homage to Anoia, Goddess of Things that Get Stuck in Drawers". (https://wiki.lspace.org/mediawiki/Anoia)
Maybe I would enjoy being a life coach where I help others do this??
